One of the few places open late night for some vietnamese comfort food! They used to open much later, pre-covid. But I’ll take their current 10PM closing.

Lots of families go here for the large tables and open space. Service is fairly quick too. Just order by the number on the menu if your Vietnamese pronunciation is shaky.

My go-to dishes are the beef pho, any number is good.

Grilled pork with vermicelli, or broken rice. Lots of shredded garden veggies. It’s like eating crisp, zesty salad with chilled rice noodles, or hot rice. The nuoc cham adds a nice citrusy zing with underlying umami when poured over everything.

Love the Vietnamese beef stew cooked with lemon grass, carrots and big chunks of tender beef. You have a choice of crispy Vietnamese baguette, or vermicelli. I usually go for the baguette, AND order a side of egg noodles to go with the copious amounts of stew. That’s a big meal I do not do often, but so good when I do!

If you’re not already well hydrated from the pho broth, a tall glass of Salted Lemonade is a refreshing choice, or a Vietnamese coffee both hot or cold!
