Rice noodle soup with choice of white, dark, or combo of chicken meat. Chicken pho broth. Topped with green onion, cilantro, and lime leaf. Accompanied a side of bean sprouts, basils, lime wedge, jalapenos, hoisin sauce and sriracha.
Pho hot was open in 2005 in the Little River Turnpike Shopping Center (Safeway Plaza) to fulfilled the needs of local immigrants who missed the taste of home. Along with introducing the Vietnamese food to an audience that would appreciate the flavors, culture and history of Vietnamese food. Pho Hot is own and operated by the family of Mrs. Tu Nguyen who is also a local. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 185 seats which is spacious and inviting. To serve the local residents, the restaurant is open 7 days a week from 10am- 11pm.
